Today was a good day.
Thank you Christine, Sweden, Jun Yuan and Bang Guo (don't ask me why his name is always the last.)!
Morning, went to West Mall to meet up with them. Loitered outside Subway waiting for the others. I thought I was the earliest but later we discovered that Sweden had already reached and was upstairs playing his PSP. And, on top of that, he reached at around 9.25AM and he walked to West Mall from Jurong East. O_O
Christine came first and we sat down at Subway. Then Bang Guo came, in an (ugly) purple long sleeved shirt and jeans. He had headphones on, which made him look like a monkey LOL.
Then Jun Yuan came, in a white T-shirt with a golden cartoon monkey on it, teamed with black Bermudas and waterproof slippers.
Afterwards, we called Sweden and went to eat at Burger King, after diddling around for a while. I took out all the bacon in my burger because it was too hard. Jun Yuan bumped into Sweden and Sweden spilled his tea (two drops on his white Bermudas LOL).
Bang Guo was singing along to 'When You're Gone' by Avril Lavigne, which was playing. Then it was like so damn terrible, and Sweden said that Avril Lavigne committed suicide because Bang Guo portrayed her singing. LOL.
After eating, we went to the interchange. Took Bus 61 back to my house. We went into the study room and did work and slacked (equal amount of slacking and doing work). We played a lot but we took turns to do our work. Bang Guo kept trying to 'molest' my dog... We kept saying my dog is his 同类. HAHAHAAHA.
As people usually do when they come over to my house, they started playing with my rubber knife, short sticks and long pole.
Christine was fiddling with Bang Guo's iPod and she played Because You Live by Jesse McCartney. I love that song and Christine loves Jesse McCartney. Haha. Then Bang Guo went, "Oi, don't play that song leh, not nice one."
I said, "Eh! 这个歌这么好听,你说不好听?!"
Then to everyone's horror, Bang Guo started to sing the chorus. He tried to pitch for the higher chords in the song, but he failed, and his voice cracked.
Jun Yuan started shouting at him to stop singing because his ears hurt. LOL HILARIOUS PEOPLE.
After that, my sister came back home with Victor, Adlar, Constance, Marcus and this other guy.
We told Bang Guo to sing again to compare his singing to Victor's, but he didn't want to. -_-"
My brother gave Bang Guo a glass of water (with salt, sugar and pepper in it).
Did work (and played) for a while more, then after that went down to eat. Wanted to go Mac's, but it was too far to walk (it was raining and we didn't have umbrellas), so we decided on Pizza Hut instead.
OMG. Early dinner was effervescent, I tell you. We went into Pizza Hut, and we were still looking at the menu. I was talking to Jun Yuan about borrowing him money in case he didn't have enough. Then Bang Guo checked his wallet and whispered to Sweden, "I think I don't have enough money,"
I said, "刚才是谁说 '是男人的就自己还钱' ?", because when we were still at my house, I said I could treat them, then that's what Bang Guo said. Then hearing this, Bang Guo raised his hand. The waiter thought we were ready to order and went up to us. LOL. Okay I know it might not seem funny reading this now, but it's totally priceless if you'd seen it happen.
This happened also, when we were discussing what to order. Jun Yuan was waving his hand exaggeratedly and the waiter again thought we wanted to order, and came to our table. WAHAHAHA.
We ate and discussed and laughed about loads of stuff. So fun to hang out with them, we're free to talk about almost anything in the world. Christine said that Jun Yuan was the 'Chairman' in class (Class Monitor) because we were discussing about something and he had that total look of bliss on his face. HAHAHAHA.
Jun Yuan got a bit of curry on his shirt (which he liked a lot). Sweden said that this is 报应! LOLS.
Paid for our food after checking the receipt over and over again. The rain didn't let up, so we walked around. Went to buy white FBTs with Christine. Then after that, looked for ankle socks at the sports store but they were too thick (and too long to make it for ankle socks?). Somehow, Bang Guo and I ended up talking about foot sizes. Everyone ended up comparing foot sizes AGAIN like we did last time, only we compared out fists. Took pictures again AHAHHAH.
The rain still didn't let up.
Walked around at Popular. Bought two Stabilo pens and a stack of Post-Its. :D
FINALLY! The rain became smaller. We ran out and walked briskly in the rain to the bus stop. My shoe slipped off my foot about thrice. Jun Yuan was gleefully saying that his shoes were waterproof. LOL.
Waited with them for Bus 157.
After that, walked briskly back home again. My sister's friends were still around so we played a word game. It was pretty boring and could go on for, forever. Watched TV for about five minutes then went to on the computer. Adlar gave me his chocolates before leaving our house! I'm going to have to buy a new tub for him. Thank you :D
Aw, 12 March 2008 is gonna be over in a few hours' time. Thank you for making this day so so memorable. Definitely one of the days' in 2008 I'll remember in my heart foreverrrrr :D
